   Isn’t it also true, that Ingramspark doesn’t charge the annual fee anymore?

   Good afternoon Ms. Kimberly, My name is Ruby Mack an upcoming self-publishing author and I’m so glad that the Lord allowed me to discover IngramSpark and your publishing company and blogs because I didn’t know that such a knowledgeable and experienced person and business (Jerra Publishing & IngramSpark) existed. I had been working on Createspace Platform to self-publish my first book and everything was going well until they transferred my files to KDP Amazon to finish my self-publishing and I have not had a pleasant experience with KDP service. Instead of them helping me to finalize my book, keep setting me back (meaning I’m making no progress with them). I have had numerous complications with KDP from an incorrect publication month, to having to re-upload my book cover and interior files to paying $15.00 for a proof and after waiting almost two weeks to receive it, it was very poor quality and KDP has really stressed me with their poor service and quality of proof. However, KDP did refund my money back due to the poor quality and printing of my proof. However, a refund didn’t benefit me because I still don’t have a quality proof so that I can finalize my book and make it live. After discovering you and IngramSpark, I went online and created an account and I’m confident that you and IngramSpark can assist me with quality service and quality product so this is what I need to know, please! Createspace already assigned an ISBN to my book but I want to my small business name printed as the publisher or whatever publishing name will help get my book noticed so that it will be accepted in retail stores. I know retailers don’t like to see Independent or Createspace Publishing on books.

   Next question, I would like to purchase my own ISBN for my book but again I would like for my small business name to be listed as the publisher or a more reputable name that will get my book noticed with retailers. After you get me on the right road with Ingramspark account, do I need to reupload my files again on Createspace using my own purchased ISBN? My book and cover file is ready, no changes or corrections to make, I just want to purchase a proof because I likes to see the quality of my book and what the customers will be purchasing because I strive in professionalism meaning quality printing material. I know when looking at the proof, if I’m satisfied then I know the customers will be satisfied. Will you please help me by answering my questions and leading me on the right road with Ingramspark.? I don’t want another proof from KDP. I would like to order my proof from IngramSpark. The title of my book is God’s Genuine Love-The Root Solution for Violence and Crime.
